2. Overview

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking tools of any kind for visitors. No visitor profiles are built and no advertising trackers are used. The only place personal data is actively collected is the contact form described below.

3. Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the fields you fill in — name, email, company, project type, budget, timeline, message — and any attachments you upload (max. 5 MB per file, 15 MB total), in order to respond to your inquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and, where no contract results, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries addressed to us).

Processors involved: Form submissions are sent as email via Resend (Resend Inc.), processed in the EU (Ireland). We personally receive and reply to these emails via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation).

Retention: Your inquiry and any attachments are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and are deleted afterward unless we are legally required to retain them for longer (e.g. tax or commercial record-keeping obligations).

4. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Vercel automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us (so-called server log files), e.g. browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, and time of the server request.

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free operation and security of this website). Where hosting infrastructure is located outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

5. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • request erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR), and
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).
